The Lord has been good to the ministry of the Gateway Center.For some months we have been talking aboutexpanded vision and asking you to pray for the Lord to increase our staff and resources.Eric Ruppel is the first fruits of your prayers.He will be joining the Gateway Center for World Mission as a summer intern working with the micro enterprise projects in Rwanda and Haiti.
Eric is a graduate student at the University of Kentucky specializing in international development.
He desires to be a missionary using these skills and training to bring the gospel to people in the nations.
Through the Gateway Center Internship Program, Eric has an opportunity to apply all he is learning by overseeing the micro enterprise projects in Rwanda.He will be working with a Gateway team here and local Rwandan church leaders to equip Rwandans for success. His goal will be to establish a Rwandan training capability. Additionally, he evaluate partnership opportunities with other development ministries.
It’s a challenge to send Eric to Rwanda for two months. Would you or someone you know like to be part of it?
