Welcome Home, Eric

Eric Ruppel, the intern that that has been representing you in Rwanda, will be returning home next week. (Bluegrass Airport, Wednesday, August 3, 3:15 pm)   He has done an outstanding job in working with pastors and the leadership of both churches and the micro enterprise projects of the Kibungo Diocese.

This week he prepared a summary report  of his work and submitted it to the Bishop and senior staff.  The report outlined observations and suggestions for building a long-term effort in micro enterprise training. He also developed strong ties between the Diocese and other ministries doing development.  We are praising the Lord for Eric’s work and his representation of GCWM.  You will get a full report in our newsletters when he returns, but if you can’t wait, visit his blog:
