Invest in the costs of printing, publishing and promoting International Mission Training materials.

Gateway to the Nations Seminar

Invest in seed money for training seminars for church and business leaders and pre-service missionaries. Cost includes material preparation, facilities, and speaker arrangements. Each three-day seminar trains twenty to thirty people in effective cross-cultural ministry with the focus of building partnership. Start up cost for one seminar: $2000.

Extension

Help us extend our ministry as the Lord calls us to move forward into what He is doing.

General Operations

Invest in the general operating costs of the ministry. Costs of gas, insurance and inflation in all areas have greatly increased our existing operational expenses. Additional staff, travel, education, conferences and partnership development activities required to accomplish what the Lord has called us to will double these expenses.

Administrative Assistant

Invest in a part-time administrative assistant. Sixty percent of the existing staff time is spent in scheduling, bookkeeping, mailings, educational material assembly and research. Cost: $150/week.

Writer

Invest in writer time. Grants, promotional and fundraising materials, and proofing of educational and training materials are crucial parts of the expanding ministry. Sixty percent of the funding for mission projects in the nations will come from grants or special fundraising events. One hour of trained writer time can release thousands of dollars into ministry projects and twelve hours of staff time that could be utilized in forming partnerships, developing materials, and training leaders. Our projected need is approximately $1,400/month.

Equipment

Invest in office equipment and training audio visual equipment.

Professional videographer for the Rwanda Business to Business Initiative

Invest in a professional videographer. A professional video (DVD and web) presentation will capture the work and vision of the Business to Business Initiative in order to raise future resources and teams. This will help to insure the long term goal of self sustaining micro enterprise and other business ventures for the people of Rwanda , especially those in HIV-AIDS Associations.
