Weekend for the World is an opportunity to explore the possibilities of living out the Gospel right here in Saint Louis among the nations God has sent to us. The Weekend includes times of learning, service and worship.

When: Friday evening to Sunday afternoon
Typical Schedule

Where: St. Louis Metro Area

Cost: $75. Includes breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings, a sack lunch and supper on Saturday; housing; materials for outreach and any staff or speakers.

What to bring: Bed linens and towels, pillow. For work day on Saturday, hiking boots or work shoes; dress as to work outside but in layers. Casual Sunday clothes, bathrobe, slippers.

Projects for Outreach on Saturday will include work with the poor, widows and orphans, and refugees. Projects will depend on weather, needs, skill sets of participants, and opportunities.

Most of the facilities we use have the following expectations: no alcohol; no smoking in buildings; no food or drink outside designated areas. Premises must be restored to its original condition at the close of the weekend. Participants will be solely responsible for personal belongings.
